My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, but the lack of windows to the outside made it feel a bit like a jail room. The room was unfortunately dirty with hair scattered around, and the spa tub with cold water couldn't be enjoyed due to the temperature. Service was hit or miss, with staff seeming sad and distracted, but they did provide some essential services like room service and airport shuttle. The location was a bit of a drawback being far from the beach and major amenities, yet it was convenient for visiting Xcaret parks. The dining experience had its ups and downs, food quality being good but limited options and navigation issues. Overall, the facilities were acceptable but not outstanding.
